Beautiful large house sleeping up to 8 people in Stilbaai.
The house is situated in the ideal location, it's only one minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The House has a large drive and double garage, 4 bedrooms all with king size extra length beds, 2 bedrooms are en suite and then there
is a third bathroom, 2/3 bathrooms have a bath and shower.
The house has a large lounge and dining area, with a large fully fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances. (Smeg cooker, bosch dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice machine).
The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and a small seating area outside.
The back of the property has an undercover braai, with dining furniture, a pool table and a wood fired hot tub for you to enjoy.
The house is unfortunately NOT pet friendly.

This house has a 3 night min stay.
1-4 Guests R2500 per night
Guests 5 & 6 R600 pppn
Guests 7 & 8 R600 pppn
Winter rates (June-Aug)
1-4 Guests R2000 per night
Guests 5 & 6 R500 pppn
Guest 7 & 8 R500 pppn
Important Information
8 people maximum.
Due to the size of the house there is a minimum occupancy/price based on 4 guests
Terms & Conditions
A damage deposit of R1000 is payable at the time of booking, it is totally refundable upon check out should no damages be found.
A 50% deposit is required on booking in order to secure the accommodation. Method of payment EFT.
No credit card facilities available.

Cancellation Policy
Non arrival / premature departure 100% of total booking value payable.
0-14 days prior to booking date deposit non-refundable.
14- 21 days prior to booking date 25% of deposit refundable.
21- 31 days prior to booking date 50% of deposit refundable.
31+ days prior to booking date full refund given.
Cancellation of accommodation reservations must be confirmed via email.
